Montsant, the sacred mountain, a place that received the carthusian order, who where seeking for solitude and meditation. With time, they contribute to settle new villages in the territory, that we can visit nowadays. They boost wine production, laying the foundations of the important and active wine-growing region of the present Priorat.
During the walk, there is the possibility to visit the Carthusian monastery of Scala Dei (5€), and there is also the possibility to visit the cellar Cellers d’Scala Dei, and taste their excellent wines full of history (15€).
These prices are for the scheduled activities. For groups on certain dates, please contact us so we can adjust the price to the size of the group.
