A comprehensive visit to Scaladei, combining an easy walk to the foothills of Montsant, with the guided visit to the Carthusian monastery and a wine tasting.

Description

Easy walk in the surroundings of the ScalaDei Carthusian monastery, up to the Pregona spring, a peaceful spot at the foot of Racó de Misa (the Mass place) with such a great acustic that the monastery bells could be heard from here. We will get to know the history of the Carthusian monks close up visiting the monastery, and how important they were in the development of the wine region that Priorat is nowadays, a reemergin region nowadays.
We will finish the morning enjoying a wine tasting in the historical cellar Cellers d’Scala Dei, from Carthusian origin. We can also add a guided visit to the Carthusian monastery.

Payment conditions

Secure online payments Stripe. In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any unavoidable reasons we must be informed in writing (email). Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive the email and would be as follows:

Cancellation 14 to 8 days prior to arrival – 15% of the tour/service cost.
Cancellation 7 days to 48 hours, prior to arrival – 25% of the tour/service cost.
Cancellation 48 hours before or no show – NO REFUND.
