Forest bathing in Prades mountains

In Prades Mountains nature reserve we host several forests with old trees that conform mature woods, ideal for practising forest bathing activities (Shinrin-yoku in Japanese).  These mature forests, associated with higher biodiversity and significant storage of ecosystem carbon, offer the best environment to reconnect with nature.

During this activity, we will immerse ourselves in the forest of Mont-ral in a mindful way, taking a walk to a hidden spot of great beauty. There, we will take our time to sit and do a small meditation controlling our breathing, and getting aware of our environment. During the whole activity, we will be waking up our senses, peacefully enjoying and savouring our experience in nature.
