Prades mountains

Prades mountains, with about 260 sqm, is the second biggest nature reserve in southern Catalonia, after lo Port. This mountain range, estructured by the river valleys of Siurana, Brugent and Glorieta, hosts a high diversity in flora and fauna.

Inhabited since ancient times, with fascinating legends and history, this is a territory still very unknown, also for locals. From the cistercian monastery of Poblet to the old paper mills of the Brugent valley, nowadays you can enjoy short or long distance walks following the amazing network of ancient bridle paths. A great way to enjoy the highly diverse landscape, from the river banks up to the peak in Prades, 1203 m high.
